...add layers!
So one can work on complex shapes without them interfering with each other, or causing problems for making selections.

Put in a number value for rotation, size, and stroke width
When trying to make a unique pattern I need to know how much more I need to rotate the next shape. For example if I were to make a spiral. Also being able to lock shape size. When I rotate a shape I don't want the size to change. Lastly draw, fill, and shape skew would be great.

Export in custom resolution
Despirately need the ability to export in custom resolution. 4096 x 4096 is something not useful anywhere and I donot want to lose the quality on resizing, which I beleive is the whole point of designing in vectors.

Grid
Can we have an "optional grid" and a snap to grid function with it? Having exact measurements in pixels would be nice too.

Customizable export file size? (loss of resolution in PNG :( )
Hi! I love the app, and maybe I am trying to use it for too-large projects. I am slightly disappointed with the resolution once I save in PNG (which I need for further editing like adding text or moving to union to correct some of the shadows).
Could the "export size" which is currently fixed be changed so that the user can pick whatever he wants? (maybe not only use the size of the canvas as fixed, but incorporate the ppi resolution as well?).11 votesThis is being considered

Add user-created shareable shape packs (and an interface to browse and save them)
Currently, there is no way to save a library of shapes with a categorical title. While this on its own would be really cool, it would be even cooler if we could share them with the Assembly community.
The interaction pattern could flow like this:
1. Create new group using a '+' icon in the Edit view of the Installed Packs modal. Selecting it would open a text dialogue to input the name. Once confirmed with 'OK' a new shape pack by that name would be created.
2. In the 'share' menu, under 'Save to Library', add a button 'Add…

A feed within the app that would allow users to post their creations (maybe tw authentication)—incentivized by potentially being featured.
